You’ll feel more assured and you’ll learn foundational tools you can return to again and again.
What's the time commitment?
Sessions run 75 minutes once per week. You can deepen your practice with optional exercises between sessions, but even small steps will make a difference.
Is the course live?
Yes, the course is live via Zoom. You’ll receive the link when you sign up.
As this is an early edition of the Core Confidence Course, we can find times that work for you.
We’ll work together 1:1, or in small groups, if preferred.
This is a rare opportunity — future rounds will run with larger cohorts and less direct access.
Is this course trauma-sensitive
Yes. This course is designed to be gentle, supportive, and trauma-aware. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, and all practices are invitational.
However, this isn’t a substitute for trauma therapy or crisis support.
