I began my career as a broadcast journalist, meeting thousands of people from all walks of life.

Although work was great and I thrived under pressure — broadcasting live to millions — I had to learn how to cultivate a calm presence in my romantic relationships.

When we lack confidence within, it shows up in one area or another!

Being a news reporter, I saw first-hand the many challenges we face, and I realised our struggle is part of our human journey.

I felt our suffering — and I also witnessed our brilliance.

This shaped my mission: to help us elevate our human experience
— one by one.
