Core Confidence
Most of us could use a confidence boost from time to time. No matter how successful we are, it’s natural to struggle to some extent — whether we’re doubting ourselves, feeling self-conscious, thinking we’re not enough, or being overly influenced by external events or others’ opinions.
The truth is, confidence is a secondary outcome. There’s the confidence that comes with competence, as we master a skill, and the more grounded assurance that comes when we have a sense of who we are at a deeper level.
This introductory course opens the way for you to experience both. Not only will you uncover some of your core qualities, you’ll also develop your ability to better manage your responses to circumstances beyond your control.

Create your cinema — a safe, visionary space for you to play, try out new ideas, and develop your vision of the new empowered you in the area you’re focusing on.

Module 2: Your Treasure Chest of Resources
You have a wealth of talents, passions, and skills — these are all great resources.
Together, we’ll brainstorm to uncover some of your forgotten treasures, and we’ll add new ones to fully support your progress in the area you’re improving.
Module 3: Uncover The Core Value
Get clear on what you most value about being empowered in your chosen area.
It’s easy to get caught up in what other people think is important — here, you decide what matters to you most. Uncover the true benefits your new state brings.
Module 4: Meet Your Core Needs
We all have core needs — it’s part of being human, and these needs are universal.
In this module we’ll discover how your core needs are driving your behaviour. We’ll create constructive ways for you to meet these needs, in the area you want to improve.
Module 5: Exploring Your Boundaries
A fun yet powerful session exploring your boundaries, and helping you establish what’s inside and outside your control.
Module 6: Shifting State
Understand how we create our inner environments and also how we can change them. None of us are fearless, but we can fear less — shifting ourselves from a disempowered state to an empowered state.

Hi, I’m Ali!
I began my career in broadcast journalism, where I was fortunate to meet thousands of people from all walks of life. Although I was doing well and in many ways life was great, I hadn’t built core confidence — as a result, I battled a vicious inner critic and messy love life.
Being a news reporter, I saw first-hand how many of us face challenges — I realised it’s simply part of our human journey.
I also saw how brilliant we are, at our core.
This inspired me to dive deep into understanding how we shift limiting ideas and behaviours and tap into our inner brilliance, so we can lead, live and love in ways that are more rewarding, joyful and fulfilling.
Embracing Growth
Self-evolution is an ongoing process and we’re all works in progress — myself included. I find coaching is effective in facilitating my own growth; I love it because it champions empowerment. I combine modern techniqes rooted in neuroscience with ancient practices such as mindfulness, and add some creativity to make our time together more effective and fun!
